This describes exactly what the service does with money. It is written to match the software rather than to sound reassuring — where a refund is automatic we say so, and where it is not, we say that too.
The ₹99 introduction fee is charged once, only when you choose to pay it, and only after you have already watched a video of the property. In exchange you immediately receive the broker's name and phone number, and he receives yours.
Because the thing you are buying is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, this fee is not refundable as a matter of course. We will refund it in full, on request, in these cases:
Ask by replying to any message we have sent you, or by writing to hello@nilayah.in. We answer within two working days and pay approved refunds back to the original payment method within five to seven working days.
| Receiving an enquiry | Free. Nothing is charged and nothing is reserved. |
|---|---|
| Taking one on | Free. It is held for you exclusively; you are not charged. |
| Sending a video | Your fee is reserved from your balance. It is not spent. |
| They pay to be introduced | The reserved amount is charged. You receive their name and number. |
| They do not, within 24 hours | Returned to your balance automatically. No request needed. |
| You hand an enquiry back | Anything reserved against it is returned automatically. |
| You do not contact them within 6 hours | The enquiry is taken back and offered elsewhere. Anything reserved is returned. |
Money you have added to your balance and not yet spent is yours. Ask at any time and we will return the unspent amount to your original payment method within five to seven working days. Pausing or closing your account does not affect it.
There is no subscription to cancel on either side. A broker may pause his account at any time from his own page, which stops enquiries reaching him and leaves his balance untouched. Anyone may ask us to delete their details entirely — see the privacy page.
